We are passionate about our job, Mortgage Lending. We have spent the last 20 years doing what We love, helping someone buy their first house or adding to their portfolio of Real Estate; Devising monetary strategies for borrowing and investing through cash out refinancing. We have been very successful closing loans that other companies cannot. We still get excited about the day's work.
Having the Experience of a Loan Originator, VP. and Owner; Both on the Direct Retail side of Lending and as a Mortgage Broker.
We prefer working as a Mortgage Broker, it allows us to have the biggest impact on the rates we offer. We are not limited with loan products, if it exists we can offer it as a Broker.
